Palm Living is a NY based real estate development & design firm that specializes in executing heavy value-add strategies on residential projects. We are also owners of class A luxury commercial and residential real estate in Houston, Miami and Saratoga Springs; the firm actively manages investments on behalf of a global investor base.

The firm was founded in January 2021 by Daniel Kirzner as a real estate platform for purchasing, investing, and managing high quality class A and B communities in the Southern United States. In 2024, our focus has shifted to high end residential rehab and development in the Long Island area.
